I parked my car late at night in a Residental only parking area. Got a PCN from a private parking company for not being parked within the bay. The parking sign does mention it as part of their parking conditions (that I must be parked within bay), but the parking bay is marked badly and barely visible at all at night. How can I contest to this PCN?
