Thank you, I thought that may be the case from some browsing of existing topics.

Does the fact that the contravention is for something they prohibit, rather than not paying for parking have any relevance to the argument on time stamp?

Hello all,

As registered keeper, I have received the attached notice in the post, as the parking company cannot identify the driver.

The notice only mentions a single point in time and does not include any photo of the signage referred to. It is not readily possible to see this on Google maps either.

Whilst the driver does appear to have parked in an area with yellow lines from their photos, this is private property and I believe an otherwise free to use car park.

Grateful for any advice.
