Hoping for some advice regarding this PCN for £80 i received for entering a time restricted pedestrian zone.Essentially I entered this road which has I believe over the last week been turned into a restricted area during school drop off hours. This road prior to this has been a normal road and one I've used many times before. There was no notice that this road was to be changed to my knowledge so I was suprised to get this.Attached are links to the PCN with the front of the PCN and attached pictures as well as video from the camera.
