Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / PCN - 47j stopped on restricted bus stop

I stopped in a bus stop on Clarence Street (Kingston) for around 10 seconds as I suddenly needed to let a passenger off.

The bus stop is long so I could argue there wasn't enough signage, similar to:

Also the signage in the beginning of the bus stop is confusing as it says "No loading at any time" but nothing about stopping.

I have not taken any action yet. Do I have a strong case to appeal?
