Private parking tickets / PCN - White River Place - St Austell - Paid but still received notice

Good Morning.
Received a PCN 26/8/25 for a 3 hour stay. My partner paid on the machine in the car park where you enter your car reg and it tells you the amount owed. We have the bank transaction showing we paid albeit on for an hour not the 3 hour amount but the machine is automatic as it is a pay on exit car park.
We sent the screenshot of the bank app transaction but they have now asked for a receipt with our reg and duration paid for. We don't ever ask for a receipt so cannot produce this.
I have a photo of the original letter but unsure on how to attach.
Any help greatly received.
