I received the following letter - I accidentally overstayed by 29 minutes, however I did make use of the shops at the retail park (cinema and restaurant).

Is there any recommended way to proceed with this or should I just ignore all correspondance? Thanks

Should I reply and say that I didn't actually park my car and was sat in my running vehicle.

There was no other signage that I could see, other than the 'customers only' signs around the car park.

Hi,

I received a fine at OK Diner (Wales service station) from Smart Parking. Signage is up which states customer use only (which I assume your reg plate had to be entered inside).

I literally used the bathroom and images show my vehicle with arrival/exit times from 10:47 - 10:57.

Do I have any grounds for appeal?
