), once I get the Order for Recovery, I’ll be able to submit a statutory declaration (TE9 form) stating that I made representations but never got a Notice of Rejection.I’ve kept evidence:A screenshot from TfL’s site showing “appeal received.”My questions are:I received the Charge Certificate today, Chat GPT says to wait for the order of recovery, is this correct or should i make efforts to resolve this before then? Will the statutory declaration definitely be accepted if I file it correctly and on time?I've seen some info saying that i need a witness when filling out the TE9 form, is this true? When it resets, will the penalty go back to the full amount (not the discounted amount I would’ve paid if I’d received the rejection)?Has anyone had success in asking TfL to re-offer the discount in situations like this?Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
