Private parking tickets / PCN - Expired Permit/Overstayed limit - Green Man Pub, Harborne

Good Afternoon,
Just looking for a little advice regarding the PCN received today. Signage is clear, documented and in well lit area.
We overstayed the permit by 10 minutes this was due to us saying goodbyes to friends and packing the pram into the boots and strapping up the newborn.
Pics of the PCN are below. I have proof of the permit that we paid for also included in the pictures.
What are the chances of this being cancelled on appeal due to the grace period?
I have checked the BPA for the grace period and I'm sure we're in compliance if not we will be milliseconds out of it as we're leaving the carpark.
