it was me driving.

i dont have a copy of postage or original submission.

I have been sent a SJN for not responding to a speeding offence of doing 46mph in 40mph zone.
also to failed to declare driver.

I Sent off the NIP via post but did not receive further communication.
until this SJP.
on the information sheet provided in pack it states if i plead guilty to the speeding offence the failed to declare offence will be withrawn.
is this correct as that conflicts with the advise you have given people on this thread.
