Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Royal Blackburn Hospital Parking

I parked here at Blackburn Hospital and got a ticket. It said I was parking in a restricted street. I have appealed saying no offence was committed because I wasn’t parked on the road. I was on private land. Do you think I will get away with it?
