Hi, need help to see if appealing is possible. Driver parked here and went for nail appointment in town centre. Signage states 2hrs free parking. The appointment overran and driver overstayed in car park. Driver mistakenly thought the free parking was for 4hrs.Nail appointment was walk in and paid in cash, no receipt, and is further away from car park.
