So I have followed all the advice from this site which has been invaluable, thank you. I went through mediation and offered £0, received the general form of judgement. Finally, I have received an email from dcbl legal offering to drop the case if both parties would bear there own cost. As far as I know I haven't incurred any costs, so by agreeing to this that should be the end of it. Or are there any hidden costs I should know about?

Hi all,

Help, please. Thought this would go away by ignoring!

I received the claim form below for an alleged offence from 4 years ago.

I, as the registered keeper have received and ignored many letters from debt collectors. (Haven't kept them)

I don't recall the incident, but do know that a 2 hour ticket was purchased via the ringo app on the day.

It appears that the claim is for 2 offences offences on the same day, which is very odd.

I have submitted aos online on the 4th as per instructions on this site.

I am now looking for advice on the defence. I have seen standard defences on this site and wondered if this needs amending at all as a ticket was purchased through an app.

Many thanks in advance.
