I have only received this one ticket but many debt recovery letters is what I meant to say, but never received the claim form which I was expecting. Instead got a ccj default through the post.

Would you able to guide me as to which form I need to fill in with the £313?

Really appreciate the help

What is an n244 form and can I possibly apply for a set under CPR 13.2 OR 13.3?

No I didn't receive one of those, in between the last full debt recovery letter dated 18th June then 2 months later ccj, this is got to be a joke.

I have attached all documents original post from POPLA etc.

I didn't receive a letter before claim, I had my bb on display when the contravention occered. I put this up on pepipoo 3 years ago and has now vanished. Any help is much appreciated.
