Hi Please could you help with my mother in law’s case. Parking fine dates back to 2020 and lately more threatening letters have been sent despite me advising that she is elderly and not in good health.The latest is a Notice of intended Legal action.She advised Smart Parking at the time that she was not the driver but DCBL continued to chase over the years. Thank you
