Here are the PCN and invoice from the car pound. Another PCN was still in the windscreen soaking wet and still need to be paid.

Hi all, I am about to collect my car fron Newham car pound and do not have the PCN number yet. I just want advice if I have a ground to apoeal because the system failed to auto renew my resident parking permit which it had for 10 months. I did not receive no reminder or advance warning that they will not auto renew my permit. I will post photos of any supporting documents once I have collected the car.

No, there’s no one I could have ask to check and move my car.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for all great advice.
To answer some of your quetions. No I did not make any arrangement to care for my car while I was away. And attached is my e-permit at that time and the terms and confition.

Yes I am a Newham resident and have the “S” permit (e-permit). I just submitted a request to Newham of when they put up the suspension signs and what work they have undertaken coz there seems to have no work done  at all at the place where I parked.

Hi Everyone,

On 24 June 2025, my car was towed while I was on holiday. I later learned that the parking bay had been suspended during my absence.
I had parked my car there on 13 June 2025, at which there was no suspension notice displayed. I hold a valid resident permit allowing me to park there at any time.

When I returned on 3 July 2025, I discovered my car was missing. After checking the Newham Council website, I found out it had been towed. I had to pay £800 to retrieve it.

I submitted an appeal to Newham Council explaining that I was away when the suspension notice was posted, but they rejected my appeal.

I now intend to take my case to the London Tribunal and would appreciate any advice on how to proceed.

Many Thanks in advance,

Roberts
