Hi all,
Thanks so much for the helpful advice you post here.
I received a Rejection of Representations for my first appeal against a £160 parking ticket for parking within my resident parking zone due to a temporary parking restriction. I wanted to get advice about whether it's worth appealing again and if so what my best argument is. I never saw the initial parking ticket on my car so it had been doubled before I even knew about it. There are about 5 garages next to my house that take up a lot of the available parking with all the cars they are working on meaning I had to park out of sight of my house. They only put the sign up 9 days before, and additionally I think the sign they put up is unclear, it says 'no loading' and so looks like the sign is just referring to that, and it is ripped so just says 'king suspension'.
