Hi allThe company has received an NIP for a 37 in 30 almost 5 weeks after the date of alleged incident. Is the 14 day rule still valid as the driver hasn't been named yet? The envelope was dated as well proving it was only put in the post 4 weeks after the alleged incidentShould the company fill it out identifying the driver as normal.
