HiParkingEye issued me a PCN, I appealed with POPLA. POPLA marked my appeal as "unsuccessful" but stated they sided with me. Then they corrected their statement and marked it as "SUCCESSFUL" meaning I should be free of this....However now PARKINGEYE sent me another email saying they expect me to pay full as the appeal was "unsuccessful" (this was the first time around).What should I do to protect myself now? I'm not paying for this!
