On the morning of Saturday 19th July, the vehicle entered Morrisons car park. The driver then used the cashpoint in the store, returned to the vehicle, and left.

The driver and vehicle then travelled to Cleethorpes, returning to Redcar at approximately 20:00.

The driver then returned to Morrisons on the morning of Sunday 20th July, leaving as usual within around 45 minutes of arrival.

A PCN was issued by ECP on the 25th, arriving by post today, 4th August.

The claimed contravention is that the vehicle overstayed the maximum time period allowed.

This is not true. The vehicle was approximately 130km away in Cleethorpes for much of Saturday 19th July.

The signage in the car park is clear; this is not disputed.
