Driver didn't know there was a charge and there is account for the vehicle for Dartford crossing which thought was the same.
Is there a leg to stand on?

Thanks v much Incandescent that's difficult to hear. Just seems wrong that I have to try and scramble to find hundreds of pounds or they take my car. Literally sprung on me yesterday 🥲
Ill have a look at TEC once I try to sort out what's happening with the baliff.
They didnt even give me details of the 2nd PCN which I still dont know.
I dont have the breakdown but can ask for it

Thanks @stamfordman, I didnt even get given details of the other one. They havent taken the car yet but are threatening, is there literally nothing I can do?

Its apparently just the one. Debt collector keeps texting saying they want full payment straight away.
Your right, just checked the address on the V5 was my previous address, doesnt look like it updated in January when I moved out 🤦♂️.

Really need some help 
Got a notice from what looks like a baliff related to a country court case for a PCN I didn't even know about till yesterday.
Hes put a notice that hes taking my car unless I pay almost £800 straight away!
It apparently relates to a penalty from 24th Feb 25 that has never come to me
