My home has a dedicated parking space where I have sole use for a roadworthy vehicle.
The estate has recently employed a private car parking company to manage the spaces.
A ticket was issued to my sister who had permission from me to park within the space.
As I failed to register he vehicle as a guest, she got a PCN.
We appealed and it was declined. It’s taken a long time for me to process this and the Popla appeal needs to be appealed by the 4th August.
Could I have advice?
I did not give consent to the management company to manage my space. But I also believe the ANPR camera is fixed on council land and not estate.
Could I argue a contract was not agreed to, as I didn’t give permission for my space to be monitored?
