27/11/2024 I received notification of claim L3KF4Z7D from DCB Legal for an alleged parking violation. I responded promptly and filed my defence. 24/12/2024 I received a letter from the court acknowledging receipt of my defence. 27/02/2025 I received an order from the court to fill in a Direction Questionnaire within 7 days. 04/03/2025 I emailed the court completed form 180. 14/07/2025 I received judgement by default for not replying to the claim. 15/07/2025 I sent form N224 asking the court to set aside this judgement as I clearly did respond to the claim.29/07/2025 I received this email: Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your responds, yah looks fine we also need the auto message you got when sent the first direction questionnaire.
