#5 Penalty Notice

Facing Bailiffs / potential CCJ - EnglandA few months ago I started receiving fines from London for all sorts, congestion charges, parking tickets, speeding tickets etc. I am located in Norwich, Norfolk and have never driven to London. My car / plates had been cloned, I responded ULEZ etc. and got in touch with the police - receiving a letter which recognised my car / plate as cloned. It got quite overwhelming and I thought I had done all I needed, I went through a period of working over 100 nights in a row during this time and I guess there was something I missed as now it's been handed to 2 debt collection companies - one say I owe £515, that it's already been to court and the next step is a CCJ if I don't pay immediately and I've lost my right to fight the case. The other say I owe over 3k but are allowing me to send them an email with the letter I received from the police. Am I really screwed? Do I have no choice but to pay? I've worked so hard and now I'm losing a considerable amount of money over something I genuinely didn't do. Any advice would be appreciated
