Speeding and other criminal offences / Single Justice Procedure notice for speeding (England)

Hi all.
In April, I was caught doing 83mph in a 50mph zone in London.
I was pulled over by a police officer who had caught me on his speed gun. He took my details and told me I would receive some paperwork soon.
Last week I was served with a SJPN from the Metropolitan Police. I have a clean license and have been driving for 4 years.
I require my license to work as I am a delivery driver.
I realise how stupid and irresponsible this was of me. I really do regret my actions and have completely changed the way I drive now.
My question is what can I expect in terms of punishment and next steps.
I’ve researched on Google and apparently 4-6 points and up to a £1000 fine seems most likely, or a driving disqualification of between 7-56 days.
Is it also worth seeking legal representation in this case?
