Hi

PCN received from Waltham Forest for stopping in a box at the junction of Forest Road and Russell Road.

(Same as this post 31j-forest-road-russell-road-e17 from April 2024)

I was changing lanes and the lights changed leaving me stuck in the box.

Anyone think I can challenge this? TIA

Note;

The change from ahead to right turn (which prompted my lane change) - circled in red.

The lane markings inside the box junction - green arrow

The space between the box junciton and the cycle space being deep enough for only a single vehicle
