Hi all. I'd be very grateful for any advice.I've been issued a PCN for my vehicle allegedly going through LTN barrier. However the no entry signs had been crossed out. Is this a valid PCN?The driver passed no signs advising they were going in/in an LTN zone. They turned right into Concanon Road from Acre Lane, then right onto Stantley Street, left on to Allardyce then left onto Ferndale Road.I purposely went back to take pictures of these junctions and no signs are there.I've had conflicting views on whether this is enforceable or not so thought I'd ask here. Thank you.
