My vehicle was clamped yesterday for a pcn judgement. The vehicle is a my business ltd vehicle. I have made a te9 and te7 application but been told it may take 2-4 weeks to 6 months. I can't earn etc with the vehicle mobilized. Any advice would be appreciated. Ignore my previous post been given incorrect information

Here are the factsMy vehicle is registered on the v5 to my company but the address is my home address as dvla would not accept my company address (different to my home address)The registered address on my v5 is like this Company name  My name Home address I have not received no pcn or court papers but judgements have been put on my personal names. I think about 4 in total. I've gone through all my letters and nothing. Speaking to the bailif he said it was a court order for a pcn from Brent letter pcnMy car got clamped (on hpi finance addressed to my company name and my actual company address(not my home address))I'm planning to do a te7 and te9 to do a set aside. But the car is registered under the company as the v5 details I mentioned above. Can the judgement  be valid if they put it under my name and my home address but leaving my company details out. I called the courts they said my company details isnt mentioned on the court papers Any advice would be great appreciated.

Got a Northampton court letter for a potential ccj.I have received a court form that a parking firm wants to claim off me for a unpaid pcn. My car was being driven by another driver at that time. I received the pcn In sep 24. I appealed by letter/post as it stated behind the pcn, stating I was not the driver and gave the drivers information. I have had no response. I received further letters weeks after and always responded to refer to my original letter. No responses were ever made to my original letter. My last letter stated I would no longer be responding as I have responded before several times stated the drivers details. I have made about 3-4 responses and I made sure I had photocopies. Now I got a court form stating they are trying to collect the outstanding. What are my chances of winning now or getting this case dismissed. They have never sended any letters to the driver who was driving.
