Hi everyone, I’ve already paid the first fine and I’m planning to appeal the remaining three PCNs today.
I’d really appreciate any advice or tips if you’ve been in a similar situation.
Thank you in advance for your help!

I received a PCN under code 53C – Failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian and cycle zone at Wendell Park School – Stronsa Rd southbound junction with Cobbold Rd.

The notice arrived approximately a week after the alleged contravention, by which time I had unknowingly made the same error multiple times and received several fines.

Unfortunately, I was not aware of the restriction until I received the first notice.

Given the circumstances and delay in notification, I would like to ask:

Is there a possibility of paying only the first fine as a gesture of good faith, since I was not promptly made aware of the initial contravention?

Thank you in advance!

To make matters more confusing, two of the fines occurred on a weekend, and I have been unable to clearly view the restriction times or signage online via Google Street View.

Given the circumstances and delay in notification, I would like to ask:

Is there a possibility of paying only the first fine as a gesture of good faith, since I was not promptly made aware of the initial contravention?

Could you advise if the restriction applies seven days a week, including weekends?

Thank you in advance!
