Hello, I have been referred to this forum for advice and help.
I have been issued a fine by Saba Park Services for using the car park of Finchley Central TFL underground station whilst taking my daughter for her first experience of driving a car.
I appealed this on the basis that I didn’t actively avoid paying for a parking ticket as we never parked in a bay or left the car during the period we were in the car park.
My appeal has been rejected rather heavy handedly citing other Supreme Court rulings, I assume to scare me into paying.
Please find attached my appeal letter and their response for reference.
I would be very grateful for any advice based on whether this is a case I stand a chance of turning over or whether I have to face the injustice of paying the fine.
