Looking for some help here
I have received 2 letters from debt recovery plus in relation to a Parking ticket recently( PCN)
The letters are related to parking ticket in parking space for group of flats in November 2019 given by company called CUP enforcement.
Of interest this was a ticket issued to me for parking in my own flat area. Have a tenant staying and had to come to help with water leak. Forgot to display the parking permit and got the ticket.( We had couple of other owners of flats like me who got tickets and we had to dismiss CUP enforcement from our flats area)
Tried to discuss with CUP enforcement who did not listen and gave me POPLA code for appeal. Did not hear back from either of them and suddenly in June 2025 received letter from Debt recovery plus x 2 in June 2025. Wrote to POPLA reminding them for the response which was not received- they have got back saying response was send in 2020 and summary of the response is we have to pay the PCN
Want to know what I need to do next
Could you help please
Also of note they have got my name wrong on the letter sent by debt recovery plus
