Dear Sir.
Thanks for your reply.
As explained in my 1st mail we were returning from hospital and I was in need to go to bathroom and it was very hot so my husband took the wrong turning and we lost the direction. We just tried to stay in the area and because of stress we did not see the sign. We not familiar in this area. £80 is a lot for pensioner but as there is no other solution we will ask if we can pay in installments. I do not have exemptions.

I have received a PCN notice today.
I had a pre assessment  hospital appointment on 17/06/2025 at Central Middx hospital Park Royal. On way back my husband who was driving took this route and not aware of timing turned into this road .
