Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / 50J issued by council - advice needed

Hi everyone,
I would appreciate some advice regarding my pcn
The PCN relates to Ducks Hill Road / Northgate, Northwood, at 17:32 on 27/07/2026.
I was travelling along Ducks Hill Road and turned left into Northgate.
I use this route regularly. On this particular day, however, I had to take a detour and was looking for somewhere suitable to stop because my 5-year-old child urgently needed to use a toilet. I turned left into Northgate while looking for somewhere appropriate to stop.
I wasn't deliberately trying to ignore the restriction, I just missed it because i was so distracted.
I would be grateful if someone could have a look at the PCN hn72038943 and advise if there are any grounds for appealing this.
