I have received a PCN from TFL and seeking your advice. I stopped in a loading bay. basically there are 2 boards and two parking Bays which I did not notice on the day, and checking google map now to find out, as both parking bays were full with cars on the day, it was not noticeable. I found space at the end of the bay and parked my car not realizing it was loading bay. I read on one of the board which stated parking

RED ROUTE
Mon - Sat
7am -7pm
Except 10 am -1pm
30 mins
No return within 1 hour

and assumed OK to park for 30 mins. I was back within allowed time. really appreciate your advice on this, if I should challenge this PCN?
