I got a parking ticket in January, its a free car park I use for the gym, I had to park on the curb (end spot) as the car next to me did park on the line and their were no more empty spaces. In the time I parked and the warden came round this car had gone. but i was on the kerb. as this is a free car park and ive not impacted a space why should i pay.it states i should be parked within the lines ... well theres only one line and im in it. i have also measured the spaces and they are under the legal requirement of a space. i  appealed and it was rejected so i dont know if i should pay or not.

OK maybe its not the law, but there is recommendations on size of the parking spaces which is is falling under and a standard 4x4 which my car is, doesn't fit. I have been tickets "for not parking within the white lines" my augment is there is one line and i am in it
