I have received the attached PCN from APCOA. Looking online, it seems that they are outside of the 14 days required for them to be Pofa2012 compliant, however I have both ADHD and Autism and am getting confused by the multiple sources on the MSE forums saying similar but slightly different things.I am unsure if the parking was paid for due to the aforementioned disabilities, and can find no record of payment anywhere, however I feel like I am certain that the charge was paid by the driver before the car left the car park.Can someone advise?
