When you say chase them at 28 days, do you mean only if I use their online portal, or if I email them as well?

I have received the attached PCN from APCOA. Looking online, it seems that they are outside of the 14 days required for them to be Pofa2012 compliant, however I have both ADHD and Autism and am getting confused by the multiple sources on the MSE forums saying similar but slightly different things.

I am unsure if the parking was paid for due to the aforementioned disabilities, and can find no record of payment anywhere, however I feel like I am certain that the charge was paid by the driver before the car left the car park.
