Hello all,I am currently abroad and asked a friend to check my mail. They found an order for recovery for an unpaid PCN (which I wasn't aware of) from Camden Council. Now I know I am supposed to file a Statutory Declaration to say I never received the PCN but I am abroad and the 21 days are up on the 6th of June. I'll only be back in the UK on the 14th of June. What are my options here?Many thanks for the help.
