Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Hammersmth and Fulham PCN

Can someone tell me what I've done wrong here please? It was a Sunday, and if the PCN is for going through a no-entry sign..... well it's a one way street and I'm going the right way?!
