Hi Incandescent,Thank you for your reply.I wasn't aware I could access a video recording and I have just attached it to the post. Also, I have included a photo of roadworks before the turning that was an additional distraction.Thanks for your help. [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

Hi ALLThanks in advance. I would be grateful if you can help me with appealing a PCN charge at Frobisher Road in Haringey. I have uploaded photos of the PCN and also of the two signs a) the advanced signage as you approach the road b) the sign as you enter the road. Both signs are obscured by foliage at this time of the year. Furthermore, to complicate matters there was ongoing roadworks in Wightman road on the approach to the turning.
