Hi all,
Driver recently moved in to a new property and parking here is managed by PCM , unfortunately they do not have adequate parking for all residents, and also the local council is not giving me a permit as my property is registered for off road parking which PCM is supposed to provide, Driver Been back and forth with PCM regarding this issue complaining what they can do to help as Driver has no where to park except limited parking on the road also putting the Driver at risk of a parking fine from the council if the car isn't moved within a certain time, only help driver got from PCM is "first come first serve" anyway there was a email the driver misunderstood, from one of their advisers where they thought they were advised they can park in another PCM enforced area to avoid a parking fine, this is basically just the other side of my development and the driver did park their and ended up getting a ticket,
Driver challenged the fine with them directly and as usual they rejected, argument is there aren't sufficient parking for all the residents in their off road parking area, Driver now challenged with the IAS and they are offering them to enter a representative who can help with this case, before the 30th of this month before they go ahead looking in to this, who can actually help with this? who Can they nominate to represent the driver? would it be through a paid service?
hope someone can help
thank you in advance
