The appeal process takes quite a bit of time i guess if he is reporting this here he hasn't done it yet.

I did a right turn from horns road i have visited my friend and left around 15:00 and got the second pcn unfortunately

Hello i have seen similar topics about this road i have travelled to a friend of mine which lives on abbey road and got fines twice on the same road i have two PCNS can you advice me how to appeal this please i have attached the images of the pcns and the location
