I have been following advice with PCNs on here im not at all legally minded and I appreciate help and advice .Over the years I have had quite a few PCNs and never paid one this particular PCN was issued by uk parking controll and DCB legal are now trying to extort my money and any thing that may have come to my home regarding this and stating the Northampton post code on the rear of the envelope has been binned without even opening them so unfortunately or may be fortunately lol I don't have a clue about when where or the driver or anything else and tbh I don't care I have done my AOS and the N1SDT form is here issue date 22/04/2025 I would like to use and submit the defence that's on here I have photographed the POC and would like advice of wether the defence template is still suitable for my case I apologise in advance as im not great at taking in legalities but these parking scammers don't frighten me one bit either
