Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / PCN after restriction hours - appeal rejected - LB of Hounslow

Hi,
I got PCN for parking at Hanworth airpark on Friday 17:33 which has parking restriction monday to friday 8:30 to 4:30
I appealed with the screenshot of notice on entrance but they rejected by sending picture of the lamp post notice which does not tell timings.
What next step should I take?
