Yes I thought as much. Im sure theres some legislation on where the sign must be or maybe there isnt, But the lines hardly being there must mean I have a reasonable reason for appeal? How would I word it?

Hi All,First post here but used to use pepipoo. Anyhow just got this pcn an hour ago for parking in a disabled bay, my car had a valid  visitor permit but not disabled badge as I wasnt intending to park in one. Do i have a valid appeal here as 95% of the defining line of the disabled bay is not even there anymore? I didnt see the "line" which is why i encroached on the disabled bay I guess.How should I word the appeal? I am certain Newham will reject the first appeal as they always do but if I have a case im willing to take this as far as I can.Ive attached a picture of how my car was parked and then I moved the car forward to see the line, of which it is hardly there, pics attached.
