Hello, thanks for the reply. There was no confusion on how DCBL had received my address, I apologise if my post came across in that manner.

The driver has recently moved address and only just received this letter. They’re unsure if they were at the location on the date mentioned and are not sure what steps to take next. Any advice on what the next option should be?
