#1 PCN Charge Question - Birmingham Clean Air Zone

I drove my vehicle in Birmingham on the 8th of August 2023 for three hours between 3-6pm. Made it back to my home city and paid the clean air zone charge the very next day on the 9th of August 2023.On the date of payment, I selected the 9th of August instead of the 8th and have now received a PCN notice even though the vehicle was never used in Birmingham after the 8th.Is it worth me appealing this? Or just pay the £60.00 early settlement?
