Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Haringey 52(M) Contravention

Hi folks,
Just found this brilliant website - kudos to the people running it and providing people with such excellent advice.
I was sent a PCN back in November for the 52m contravention, 'Failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicle (motor vehicles)' I initially attempted to pay it, following an unsuccessful challenge, but the payment must've timed out, as I ended up receiving a charge certificate in March.
I sent them some of my online browsing history, detailing my attempts to make the payment, showing I'd gone through the whole process and asked them to reduce the amount to £65, but they've reduced it to £130 and won't budge. I think it's extortion and pretty disgraceful from a council notorious for not being able to manage their finances but anyway - I saw you had another thread discussing this topic in 2024 (https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/haringey-52(m)-pcn/45/) and I was wondering if I can essentially use the advice given there for my own case, or whether each one is unique and I'll have to do something more bespoke.
I don't want them to get a penny. Their most recent correspondence, and the PCN image is attached.
Thank you in advance
