Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / 31j - Entering and stopping in a box junction (Goodmayes Road - Redbridge)

Hi,
Honestly think I messed up on this occasion and just caught out by not being focused enough but thought I would check if anyone has any thoughts.

Penalty Charge Notice: AF30738480
Vehicle registration: AO18FOJ
I did try an appeal to say:
a) the location of Goodmayes Road isnt clear as there are many on that road
b) Enforcement officer 110 isnt clear what this means
c) That it wasnt clear that the road was turning stationary because my view was blocked by two buses
I didnt feel strongly about any of these reasons to be honest and the appeal rejection didnt really address them either.
Next stage is to take to tribunal but have to pay £130 instead of the reduced £65 now. I don't feel I have a strong ground to take it there but perhaps I missed something.
