Sorry I didn't spot you were loading which is an exemption and if you were taking items upstairs and took no longer than necessary then you have a good case. You'll need to provide some evidence such as a moving in contract.

If the car was there for a bit in between unloading though, would the wardens have taken further pictures or just the initial ones?

I have proof of contract starting early last week, and end of tenancy on the Friday.

Fair enough, thought there might have been a case as there’s no yellow lines on the kirb. Hence loading and unloading, but even so when timed, it takes roughly 6 mins up and down as on 6th floor.

Only £35 so not the end of the world, thought I’d give it a try, thank you.

Hi all,

Moved into a new apartment last week (absolute ballache), moving in late Friday night. There’s currently not parking close to the building.

I’ll attach street view, in red is where the parking bays are currently all blocked due to cladding. The blue circle being where I parked my car on the kirb, where there’s no loading restrictions lines. Car was there for a bit, but there’s literally nowhere else to park close - unless parking in a bay a bit down the road (all of which were used, and not feasible when transporting heavy items)
