Hi,


I am really unsure of how to defend this.

I have no knowledge of the offence. But on getting the N1SDT through the post I thought I could just handle it the way I had done before (my mistake I know)
I would have no idea who would be driving on the date in question as this is so long ago.
How is it possible to breach the terms of parking in a supermarket and then have a court case of £247.44?
I would really appreciate some advise as to what to do from here.

Hi,

Parked in Tesco Huddersfield 2024, I go every few weeks so no idea what was different about this time in particular. I did indeed copy my defence from here as I have used that before on previous tickets for parking in a supermarket that I am using.

This is the notice to keeper.

I am a little lost in the process, I have defended a supermarket parking ticket twice before using the advise on here and been successful. However this time following the mediation meeting 04.03.26 I have received the letter linked below.

I am following this thread totally as my case is very similar, I have just got the notice of small claims track. I am just about to send the downloaded N180 via email. Thank you for all the advise, you are all incredible.
