Thanks for your reply please see updated picture of pcn ticket and GSVlink

Note in  google maps the area i am parked had loading bays and yellow slash lines on the pavement clearly marking the resticted areas but have been removed.

Also I am a disabled blue badge holder

any advice would be appreciated

(My vehicle is the Grey car in the phtos)

I Received a pcn today Contravention code 23 parked in a parking designated for that class of vehicles.

1) Note that the officer did not give the specified time of  20 minitues ..
Civil enforment officer observed the vehicle identified above from 3.58pm untiil 4.04pm that is 6 minutes. Is this a mistake from the officer?


2) Also there was no street or pavement markings to show parking area has restrictions. but there was a street post sighn 4 meteres away that i did not see.

Also on then other side of the street there are street marking clearly showing that this area is for unloading only. See photos  attached.
